Site coordinators are responsible for advising students and enrolling students in courses. The district may have a single district site coordinator, a site coordinator per campus, or multiple site coordinators per campus. The site coordinator receives progress reports and grades for students from the course provider and serves as a liaison, or arranges for a liaison, between the student and online instructor.
Students can be enrolled in a catalog course by going to Students, then Student Enrollment. Locate the course, below the name of the course select the link “Click to view available sections in order to enroll student(s)”, and select the section. Students must be assigned to the site coordinator who is enrolling the student.
