Students may drop a TXVSN statewide catalog course at any time during the semester. However, the course drop window as detailed in the receiver district agreement determines if a student's district or open-enrollment charter school is responsible for any portion of the course cost. The drop window is contingent on the type and pace of the course, as well as the instructional start date.
The receiver district site coordinator is responsible for monitoring key dates for students to drop a TXVSN course and notifying TXVSN help desk by completing the necessary action in MyTXVSN to drop a student from a course.
The site coordinator should go to the Students tab and select Student Course Management to drop a student from a course.
